Software Tools

primoscrib works with a range of tools, selecting the most appropriate ones for each project:   

  • Translation environment tools (TEnTs) and translation memory (TM) software, such as SDL TRADOS
    • Client-specific and project-specific TMs
    • General TMs with segmentation by industry
  • Terminology resources
    • Thesauri, bilingual and monolingual glossaries
  • Content editors
    • Different formats (.doc, .xls, HTML, XML, etc.)
    • Version management and control

A bilingual glossary of terms is systematically created for each client to ensure consistency across projects and between translators.

A translation memory is also created and updated for each client and/or type of project.
