Our quality system is based on the following points: :

  1. A. Observing the two fundamental rules of translation:
    1. Rule n°1 : The translator must always translate into his mother tongue.
    2. Rule n°2 : The translator must always translate within his specialist subject areas.
  1. Evaluating the abilities and skills of translators before any involvement in projects:
    1. Examining their career history and experience
    2. Administering assessment tests
  1. Project Methodology
    1. Analysis of the text(s) to be translated
    2. Clear, accurate quote with prices and delivery times
    3. Translation is carried out using the client's preferred terminology and other existing reference material: glossaries, lexicon, and documents previously translated
    4. Proofreading and inspection
    5. Delivery of the translation accompanied by notes to explain certain translation choices
    6. Adjustment and corrections are applied to the translation in accordance with client comments
    7. Delivery of the finalised document.
